What a fantastic month February has been. The whole Advance team have continued their momentum this year and hit the ground running in February.
We welcomed the month with a further 3 new business trials that began, with many more proposals being issued, thanks to our amazing Business Development team.
Employee of the month
In February, Gary Challinor was announced “January’s Employee of the month”. Gary has gone from strength to strength since joining the business in November 2020, exceeding client’s expectations which resulted in him being promoted to Senior Account Manager, well done to him.

The launch of 'Advance Recruitment Consultancy'
You may have noticed “Advance Recruitment Consultancy” have been active this month, posting new job opportunities for our clients and partners. We work with some amazing companies within the Construction Industry and are happy to assist our wonderful clients with their recruitment requirements. This has seen Georgia Quirk and Romany Edge being promoted to their new roles and assist the company launch the recruitment arm of our business.
